HOW TO USE

NGL - it can be a little daunting using a menstrual cup for the first time but we promise it’s worth it!

Our hot tips:

  • Relax - This ain’t going to work if your muscles are all tensed up. Press play on your favourite tune to get into the groove.
  • It’s all in the fold baby - There’s a few folding methods to use (these are all detailed in the instruction leaflet) so experiment to see which one takes your fancy.
  • KIS - Keep it Simple! - Sterilise, wear, remove, rinse and re-insert.
