Our hot tips:
- Relax - This ain’t going to work if your muscles are all tensed up. Press play on your favourite tune to get into the groove.
- It’s all in the fold baby - There’s a few folding methods to use (these are all detailed in the instruction leaflet) so experiment to see which one takes your fancy.
- KIS - Keep it Simple! - Sterilise, wear, remove, rinse and re-insert.
